2011 - 2012 Chapter Dues
National Dues: The dues process will be
the same as last year - you will receive an invoice directly from Executive Offices to pay your
per capita dues to EO ($23.50). If you are a 50-year
member, you will not have to pay per capita dues any more.
South Bay Chapter Dues: We do hope you will
continue to support South Bay Alumnae Chapter with your local
dues. They
help pay for Founders Day, alumnae group operating expenses,
alumnae group mailings (newsletters, invitations, etc.),
special interest groups and collumnae events, new
programming opportunities, local awards and recognition, our
chapter Web site, fundraising, monthly meetings, yearly fees
and assessments for groups, and Convention fees.
In the past, we
collected per capita dues for you and forwarded them to
Executive Offices. As a reminder, per capita dues
should be now be paid separately per the invoice you receive
directly from Delta Gamma. Our chapter’s local
dues amounts have been adjusted so that they do not include
per capita dues, and they are reflected on the enclosed
Membership Form. We hope you will continue to support
South Bay DG, and we welcome any extra contributions.
Recently, funds from additional donations allowed us to give a
huge study basket to the Loyola Marymount chapter before
their spring finals and to provide more support to the Blind Childrens Center, among other things.
You can pay by mail or at any
DG event.
Mail

member form and mail it with your payment to the address indicated on
the form. The dues structure is outlined on the
form.

Pay your dues online with
PayPal! Transmit your dues safely using the secure site.
Enter the amount you wish to pay for dues as follows.
The
online payment option includes a nominal transaction fee of
$1.00 (50-year members are exempt from the transaction fee).
1. Regular dues:
$26.00
2. 50-year members
(initiated in 1961 or earlier):
$20.00
3. First-time alums
graduated in 2007 or later: $16.00
4. Additional
donations. If you would like to contribute an extra amount
along with your dues payment. enter the
total amount of your donation, including your dues payment in
the donation field: Pink donor level:
Dues + $25
Blue donor level:
Dues + $50
Cream donor level: dues
+ $75 or more
Note:
when you are transferred to the PayPal site, you can ignore the
heading that says "additional donations plus dues." Your humble
Webmaster hasn't figured out yet how to change that heading.
